The company Plano uses to manage employee pharmacy benefits has a new name, Liviniti. Formerly known as Southern Scripts, the company provides pharmacy services to members across the country and after 12 years in business, felt it was time for a new name that reflects its national scope.

Is there anything you need to do because of this change? No. Just be aware that on Wednesday, September 13, your member portal, mobile app and pharmacy materials will officially reflect the Liviniti name, along with the new logo and colors. 

• Your current pharmacy ID card will still work
• Your pharmacy benefits and network pharmacies are the same
• You will still call the same phone number to reach Member Services. 

When visiting the member section on southernscripts.net after this date, you will be redirected to resources on the new website, Liviniti.com. New medical/pharmacy ID cards will be issued in January 2024 with the name change to Liviniti.  

Care has been taken to make sure this change is easy for you. Liviniti will provide you with the same exceptional service that you have come to expect from your pharmacy benefit manager.
