Use of WebTPA’s transparency search tool is for Team Plano members enrolled in the City medical plan! This online tool helps you find in-network providers, locate facilities and review cost estimates.  The transparency search tool is simple to use and allows you to compare services based on cost and quality for upcoming procedures. 

Visit WebTPA.com. Once you’re logged into the WebTPA Member Portal, click on the “Find a Provider” tab located at the top or right side of the page. The portal is available 24/7. See the flyer below for more details.

Here are examples of information you can find using this benefits resource: 

• MRI costs at one facility vs. another
• If a health care provider is in-network or not
• Find and compare family medicine providers in your area
• Where to go for a CT scan – with cost comparisons
• Location of nearby hospitals and rankings 

Not registered on the WebTPA member portal?

• Go to WebTPA.com
• Click the green Login button, then “Member Log In”
• Select “Create account,” read the License Agreement and “Accept”
• Enter the required info: SSN or member ID (found on your WebTPA ID card), zip code and date of birth
• Create a username and password, and confirm your information
