Advanced Presentation Skills (2-day course, for improving public speaking skills)
Learn skills associated with better public communication. You will have two weeks to work on your presentation (between the first class and turning in your presentation a week before the last class). You may use a current presentation or develop a new one. The course focus is on learning and practicing:
- Principals of delivery – eye contact, volume and body movement
- Strategies for organizing speeches
- Audience perspectives in processing speeches
- Speech designs for different audiences
