The Customer & Utility Services (CUS) team recently participated in a department Customer Service BINGO Competition during Employee Appreciation Week. Staff checked bingo spaces when they assisted customers with specific services such as creating an online account to review and pay water bills.
Once a customer service employee completed a B-I-N-G-O, they were rewarded with a candy bar or snack as a prize. This fun internal challenge encouraged our team to prioritize the needs of Plano’s residents, while having a great time earning bragging rights.
