Depending on the hour of the day, parking at Plano Municipal Center is at a premium and often means employees end up in the North 40. The Municipal Center parking lot has many spots designated for specific kinds of vehicles. As with most parking lots, some of the facility’s spaces are designated for handicap parking. We also have areas marked for police vehicles only, alternate fuel cars and a few for motorcycles.  

The largest number of specially-designated spots are for visitors. Visitor parking is intended for visitors only, non-City personnel conducting business at Municipal Center. 

Team Plano employees are reminded to be courteous and yield clearly-marked visitor parking spaces to our guests. The same restrictions apply when parking at other City facilities. Allow yourself ample time to secure proper parking wherever you go.
