Make time to refresh your email signature using the City’s standardized template for all employees. Note, the signature looks very much the same for all Outlook users, except for the “years of service” area.
It’s very easy to replace your signature when you follow the instructions on the S drive:
- Connect to the S drive either by VPN or from your City office network connection.
- Go to the Email Configuration folder for all files and instructions.
- Follow the written instructions.
- Choose either the plain signature (COP Signature 2021.htm) or the 5-year incremental milestone signature matching your years of service. Be sure to update the “Serving Since …” year on the lower left to match the year you started.
