File claims on flexible spending account (FSA) funds used from January to December 2022. The deadline is approaching and you don’t want to lose money. Unused Healthcare or Dependent Care FSA money at the end of December 2022 is forfeited per IRS rules. 

You have until Friday, March 31, 2023 to submit 2022 claims and receipts.  

Claims can be filed by using the attached claim form or using the DBS Mobile App.
