The City of Plano retired its contract with Alight Solutions as of January 1, 2023. Low usage of Alight Solutions’ services was a contributing factor in terminating the arrangement. 

Now the majority of the City’s management of benefits issues is being resolved by WebTPA, MetLife and Human Resources staff.
