As of March 13, all Team Plano Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) requests are being processed by FMLASource. A ComPsych Corporation company, FMLASource specializes in reviewing, approving and tracking FMLA leave. Outsourcing this service includes Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) leave requests and assures compliance with state and federal laws.
FMLASource provides an easy and convenient channel to initiate leave applications including web, phone, mobile app or mail. The call center is open Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 9:30 pm. Spanish translation is also available. Through FMLASource Team Plano:
