It’s been a while, but the Holiday Parade returns with the theme, “March of the Toys.” The parade starts from a brand-new downtown location. Immediately following the parade, visit the Festival in Toyland in Plano Municipal Center's north parking lot. See the winning floats, Santa and Ms. Claus, enjoy holiday music, crafts, food trucks, vendors and a winter kids zone! Toyland will be open until 1:30 p.m.
