Gift yourself with 30 minutes of some “me” time and evoke a period of calm and harmony for a change. Skila Ramirez, our in-house Yoga and Meditation guru, is bringing her virtual and in-person Yoga class to the Municipal Center. Several sessions are planned beginning Wednesday, November 9, 12 - 12:30 pm.
Skila will instruct the classes in three areas of focus: Strength Training, Flexibility and Stress Relief. All skill levels are encouraged to attend – no equipment is required. Wear clothes you can easily move in along with some water. Remember, NO experience necessary!
The classes are hybrid. In case you cannot make it to Municipal Center, view the session live on Zoom. Here’s the schedule:
