City Manager Mark Israelson encourages ALL employees to attend at least one City Budget Overview Meeting FY 2022-23. Several sessions are scheduled, both in-person and virtual via Zoom. To get a clear outline of what lies ahead, come to one of these conveniently scheduled meetings:

Our deputy city managers will join Mr. Israelson in sharing details about the newly-adopted budget for the upcoming year. Employees are encouraged to attend an in-person session however, if you are unable to attend an in-person meeting, pick the virtual option (see flyer).
We will record the October 13 Zoom meeting for on-demand playback on TeamPlano.us. Due to the potentially large audience on Zoom, questions during those meetings should be submitted via chat.
Every employee is welcome to join a Budget Overview Meeting and ask questions. While an RSVP is appreciated from those of you who routinely use email, it is NOT required to attend a meeting. A brief Q&A takes place at the end of each meeting. Watch the 2022-2023 Recommended Budget video in advance:
