GET DISCOUNTED and FREE RECREATION CENTER MEMBERSHIPS 
Recreation center memberships are available for all employees (including regular part-timers) at a huge savings. The Wellness Membership program gives employees and retirees a 50% discount on adult or senior annual memberships at the resident rate. 

50% Wellness Membership Discount for Employees/Retirees
50% discounted Wellness Membership to Plano Recreation Centers is available for those who complete an annual preventive exam. 

Instructions:

1. Complete an annual preventive exam (annual physical, mammogram, well-woman or colonoscopy). 
2. Show your City I.D. at any Plano recreation center and sign an affidavit confirming you have completed your annual preventive exam or plan to within six months. 

50% Wellness Membership Discount for Employee Families
The spouse and legal dependents of a qualifying current employee are also eligible for a 50% discount on a family, youth or adult annual membership at the resident rate.

2. Show your City I.D. at any Plano recreation center and sign an affidavit confirming you have completed your annual preventive exam or plan to within six months.

Free Wellness Membership
Employees and retirees with a current discounted Wellness Membership who have worked out at least 48 times during a 12-month period, can renew the membership for FREE upon expiration. Spouses and legal dependents are NOT eligible for the FREE memberships. 

Instructions:

1. Complete an annual preventive exam. 
2. Email Robin Horton to request a report of how many times you visited a recreation center over the past 12 months. After verification, she’ll mark your account as eligible for a free membership.
3. Show your City I.D. at any recreation center and sign an affidavit confirming you completed your annual preventive exam or will do so within six months.

NOTE:

• If interested in purchasing a family membership, “family” is defined as parent/guardian (the employee), spouse and legal dependents who live in the same household. 
• All Team Plano Wellness Membership pricing is based on resident rates, regardless of whether the employee and family members live in Plano or not.
