Register Flexible Spending Accounts with Diversified Benefit Services

Diversifies Benefit Services FSA

We are in the second quarter of the year and many of you are using flexible spending account (FSA) benefits. Diversified Benefit Services, Inc. (DBS) is our administrator for the City of Plano FSA plans.

As a reminder, our benefits plan provides two types of FSA’s to those who signed up during the 2022 Open Enrollment period:

Health Care Flexible Spending Accounts (HCFSA) – Provides eligible tax-free reimbursement for out-of-pocket medical, dental, vision and pharmacy expenses. This includes expenses for you, your spouse and legal dependents (including children up to age 26).
Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account (DCFSA) – Provides tax-free reimbursement for eligible child care or daycare expenses; including adults who live with you and are claimed as a dependent. Dependents may be up to age 13 or any age if unable to mentally or physically care for themselves.

Registering with DBS enables you to review current plan balances and claim details, submit claims, confirm paperwork, track reimbursements and more. To set up your DBS account:
