Yoga for Every Body – Skill in Self-Care
Traditional Yoga meets Western Culture in this total body and mind conditioning class. Created for individuals looking to optimize functional movement in everyday life, build strength and manage stress. Open to all fitness levels. Modifications and opportunities to work around existing injuries, aches and pains are shared in each class.
- A 20-minute standing sequence is included in each practice
- Movements can be adapted for a chair
- No special clothing is required, although work-out clothing may make it easier to perform deeper stretches and more physically rigorous poses

Meditation and Mindfulness
A holistic approach to empower individuals to optimize their sense of wellbeing. There are obstacles we face as part of the human experience. This class introduces breathing, movement, acupressure points and visualizations to manage your sense of well-being and to keep you centered. Don’t worry if you miss a session because links to course recordings are provided upon request along with course outlines.
