You will be locked out of the City’s network if this required training course is not completed by the deadline.

All employees with access to government computers or databases must complete annual Cyber Security Awareness Training. This state-mandated course results from the passing of Texas House Bill 3834 in 2019.

Use the KnowBe4 training platform to complete this cyber security course. If you misplaced the original email from Technology Services, access the training at any time by going to one of the following links on any computer, personal or work – https://plano.okta.com/app/UserHome (go straight to the course) or https://sso.plano.gov (SSO dashboard).

In addition to meeting a Texas mandate, this training helps the City meet several other regulatory and compliancy requirements. It’s important that EVERYONE participates in this training, so Plano can report 100% compliance.

You must complete the training by Saturday, May 21, 2022 at 11:59 p.m.

NOTE: Technology Services has emailed a specific training link to each employee – IT IS INTENDED FOR YOU ONLY. This is how the system tracks who has finished the mandatory training. Do not forward your link to others. Check your email soon.

Contact Tech Services team at Security@plano.gov if you have questions.
