City Manager Mark Israelson’s recent video expressed our continuing efforts to actively live our organization’s values as Team Plano. A few years ago, we dove headfirst into exploring our SERVE values, which go beyond words on a page. Each Team Plano member received a hard copy of our SERVE Culture Book as part of defining and promoting these values.
The book also featured us, Team Plano, at work!
It’s been a while since we have referenced this book, but it’s a tangible reference in our library. The Culture Book is a reminder of what is most important to us – SERVE (Stewardship Engaged Respectful Visionary Excellence). The interests of those we touch daily, internally and externally, is at the core of what we do for the City.
For your convenience, the SERVE Culture Book is now available online and easily accessible using this QR code -- English SERVE and Spanish SERVE.
Additionally, this flyer can be printed and posted for those without access to a City computer.
