Tune in for Some TLC on Tuesdays and Thursdays

Medication in chaos

Connect4Health dubbed 2021 the “year of you” and encourages everyone to take advantage of some new meditation classes. Skila Ramirez is back with free, virtual relaxation sessions starting Tuesday, September 21 through Thursday, November 11.

Each Tuesday and Thursday, 12-12:30 p.m., Skila provides guided meditations to improve mind and body well-being. Pick any or all of the sessions during these eight weeks. 

The many benefits of meditation include:

  • Building stress management skills
  • Increasing self-awareness
  • Focusing on the present
  • Reducing negative emotions by increasing imagination, creativity, patience and tolerance
