A wise person once said, “The only thing constant in life is change.” We all deal with changes every day – the weather, our schedules and shifts in the seasons. Although change is handled differently from person to person, the commonality is everyone’s life is impacted by it. Sometimes the impact is for the better and sometimes not.
Life changes often aren’t controllable, but we can control how we handle these disruptions. How we embrace or cope with change has lasting effects no matter the type of interruption we experience.
The City of Plano offers several free to low-cost resources available to you and your family to help you move forward in trying situations. Sometimes we just need to talk to someone and THAT’S OK!
