Team Plano, please remember to wear your employee badge. After Tuesday June 1, badges will continue to be required to use the elevators and other employee-restricted areas within Municipal Center (city hall).
Visitors to the Municipal Center will need to check in at the Action Center. A staff member will be called to meet the visitor and escort them to the meeting location.
Notify Human Resources immediately if you lose your badge. Your lost badge will be deactivated and you will need to get a replacement.
As we prepare to return to the workplace, the City is continuing with our SERVEing Safely protocols while making adjustments to remain consistent with the Governor’s Orders. While mask and social distancing signage will be removed, our installed Plexiglas, use of technology for virtual meetings, cleaning protocols, City-provided PPE and badge-restricted access will remain in place.
