Supervisors and managers often have to have conversations regarding matters that may not sit well with the receiving party. This course is designed to help team members prepare, utilize resources and conduct meetings involving difficult conversations.

Before beginning the conversation, you will learn to ask yourself the following:

• Do I need to search out for more information?
• Have I done helped or hindered the situation?
• Was the job presented clearly?
• Were expectations stated clearly?
• Is additional training needed?
• Is their workload already heavy before this assignment?
• Do they have other issues going on?
