Intelligence is multi-dimensional and provides the greatest return when we attend to IQ, EQ, and IH (Intellectual Humility).  When we nurture all three, we are well-positioned for exponential growth in our careers and relationships.

Class participants will be asked to be introspective as they consider applying components of Emotional Intelligence to accomplish the following:

• Accept that managing emotions and perspectives is part of the process to optimize deliverables.
• Understand that self-awareness and social awareness are central to understanding what drives frequency of collaboration and conflict in relationships.
• Learn to minimize anxiety by prioritizing self.
