We each have a preferred and unique style of relating to others. The key to effective communication is to recognize our style and be willing to modify it to effectively communicate with others. This training session utilizes the DiSC Profile, an online assessment designed to help you understand your communication style and the styles you are likely to encounter with others. The DiSC Profile is used to increase interpersonal communication, collaboration and overall effectiveness.

NOTE: An online assessment code will be emailed two weeks prior to the course. Your report will be emailed to you. Bring your report to the session for discussion purposes.
