Description:  Many of us act on the bias that others see the world exactly as we do.  In truth, we each have our own unique way of interacting with others.  Participants will learn about distinct interpersonal communication styles and how to better relate to coworkers, the modes of communication, and listening barriers and how to overcome them.  We'll examine the components of a communication interaction and discuss the importance  of attending skills for more effective conversations.
