This course is part of the Essential Supervisory Skills Series. You should already be a supervisor before attending.

Every supervisor has the responsibility of providing feedback and “creating a game plan”. Supervisors will learn the steps of effective coaching, “catching employee’s doing things right” and the 5-minute check-in. Techniques for helping everyone be a positive contributor to the team are included. This course is designed to help participants learn effective coaching techniques that will enhance the performance and professional growth of employees.
