Fitness coach and personal trainer Jeff Johnson has revised the exercise schedule to include an extra day! His aerobic cardio and weight training circuit classes are definitely worth the drive to Municipal Center. These sessions are a great way to deal with those extra summer pounds, feel healthier and have fun too.
Jeff’s class schedule for through October 5 is posted below. Over the next few weeks, you'll hear from co-workers who know first-hand how beneficial physical activity is to your mind and body. These classes are:
Bring a change of clothes and step into these FREE sessions:
** The Group Weight Training class is a workout utilizing a variety of exercise equipment (treadmill, recumbent bike, rubber medicine balls, weight bench, elliptical, etc.) and weights circuit-style and targets multiple muscle groups.
Classes are from 5:15-6:00 p.m. (Building Inspections Training Room) and 4:45-5:45 p.m. (MC Exercise Room on the lower-level).
