Communicating clearly in writing is critical to professional success. In this practical hands-on session, participants gain the skills to assess the needs of their target audience and utilize effective grammar to create business documents. The techniques of clear, concise writing, along with establishing the appropriate tone, will be addressed. You may bring writing sample(s) to receive feedback. Class covers all forms of writing. (Note: Although these classes are specifically designed to develop the skills required of administrative professionals, enrollment is open to all employees.)
