Keep Your UnitedHealthcare Insurance and Flexible Spending Cards!

Flexible Spending Account card

If you’re on the City’s health plan, don’t throw your benefits cards away. You will not receive new UnitedHealthcare insurance cards if no changes were made during the 2019 Open Enrollment.

Plan members can always log onto myuhc.com to have medical or dental cards sent directly to the address posted in PeopleSoft. Check your mail because replacement cards arrive in 7-10 days in plain envelopes that can be mistaken for junk mail.

Drug and Dental

To print medical, prescription and dental cards, log onto myuhc.com. Your personal dashboard displays “Hello (your name)”. Directly below click View & Print Member ID Cards then select the card you want.

Flexible Spending Account (FSA)

Do not discard your Flexible Spending Account (FSA) MasterCard if you re-enrolled for 2019. FSA cards are generated every four years, so use your current MasterCard unless it expired. First-time Health Care FSA participants will receive their MasterCard debit card soon. Contact UnitedHealthcare’s FSA department at 866-755-2648 with any questions. Our Human Resources Benefits Team can answer other related questions.
