Take Time to Update Your Contact Information

All pre-65ers are strongly encouraged to carve out some time to update the contact information on file with Human Resources. Why? The 2019 Open Enrollment (OE) period is approaching – October 11-25 – and the HR staff will be sharing lots of important details with you during this annual sign-up.

Without current contact info (home address, phone numbers, email address) on record, you will not receive OE information and deadline reminders needed to properly complete the 2019 Open Enrollment process.

Please check your file as soon as possible if you’ve:

  • Moved recently
  • Purchased a new cell phone with a new number
  • Changed your email address
  • Experienced a legal name change
