Challenge Dates: 10/1 - 12/29
Goal: To challenge employees to move 90 miles in 90 days. This can be completed in the form of walking, running, swimming, cycling, etc. A list of activities and miles conversions will be provided to all participants before the start of the challenge.
Your activity is to be outside of your daily routine! This is not a contest, but an individual challenge! We are hoping you will gain motivation to maintain this healthy behavior throughout the 90 days and beyond (especially during the holidays!).
We know it may be hard to stay motivated during 90 days, so I will be sending out weekly nutrition and exercise tips, walking group meeting times, and individual mini-challenges throughout this challenge.
How it works:
1. Keep track of miles throughout your preferred device.
2. Send the tracking sheet provided to me on a weekly basis so we can stay motivated and track progress. Submit via interoffice, in person or in email to firstname.lastname@example.org
3. Once you hit 45 miles, you'll earn a really neat prize.
4. Once you hit 90 miles, you'll earn another really neat prize.
